This is for kind information, Silva Pharmaceuticals Limited and all concerned that the Department of Livestock Services issue a license in favour of Silva Pharmaceuticals Limited for production/ processing/ storage/ marketing of Animal Feed under License No. 159 (Categor-1: Vet. Premix) Dated 31.10.2019 which was received by us on 03 November, 2019. The above Authority primarily approved 20 (Twenty) item of products under this license.
The 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Silva Pharmaceuticals Limited held on 11.00 am of 25 November, 2019 at White Hall Convention Center, Dhanmondi, Dhaka. The meeting was presided over by Dr. Saira Khan, Managing Director in request of the Chairman Mrs. Silvana Mirza. The meeting was also present Mr. Monsur Rahman, Director; Mr. Nazrul Islam khan, Director; Mr. Musfiqur Rahman, Independent Director; Mr. A. R. Hassan Mirza, Executive Director; Mr. Md. Iqbal Hossain, Company Secretary and Mr. Md. Abul Kasem, Chief Financial Officer. All agenda of the AGM was passed unanimously.
